Quality Control Services

Pre-Shipment Assessment (PSI), moreover known as Last Arbitrary Inspection, is the foremost common inspection type to affirm the entire shipment’s quality level. It regularly requires the generation to be completed and at slightest 80% of products pressed into cartons.
It is recommended to arrange a pre-shipment inspection at least 2 working days before the scheduled upload date so that the buyer has enough time to verify the report and decide whether to release it as planned or discuss corrective actions with the supplier.

Production inspection (DPI), also known as in-process inspection, is performed when the order is at least 10% complete. You may encounter problems earlier in production, allowing more time to rework and correct. It can also help you monitor whether the production process is progressing as planned.
The reviewed products are chosen at random, according to worldwide guidelines and methods.
A During Production Inspection is normally scheduled when the production is 10%-60% finished.

For your important or urgent products, our inspectors can stay at the factory for weeks or months throughout the production process.
The inspector will monitor the production, confirm the progress, monitor the factory internal quality control, conduct random checks on raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, and send you detailed reports every day.
Our production control can begin as soon as most raw materials arrive at the factory and production begins, and continue until all products are packed in cartons. Customers can also choose to focus on certain production processes that are expected to have a higher risk of quality problems.

During the Container Loading Supervision (CLS) period, our inspectors will monitor the loading process, check the quantity of products and the condition of the container, and make sure your cargo is handled correctly.
Complete a simple QC before loading to verify whether the product type and packaging details meet your requirements. However, it is not as comprehensive as the pre-shipment inspection.
Container loading supervision usually applies to FCL (full container loading) cargo. It is recommended to do this at the factory when the goods are loaded from the warehouse to the container.
We use ANSI / ASQ Z1.42008 (AQL) as the sampling standard and acceptable quality level. This method is widely used to decide whether to accept a production lot without checking each item. This standard is now equivalent in all countries and in the International Organization for Standardization.
It offers the advantage of clearly defining the number of samples that they will be inspected for a particular batch or load. Unless specified by the customer, it also recommends the maximum number of defective items allowed in the sample size.
We focus on providing global testing including RoHS, REACH, EN71, CPSIA, ASTM, FDA, LFGB, etc., as well as CE, EMC, FCC, BIS, INMETRO, ETL, SASO, UL and other certification services.
